3. مراقبة جودة المواد الواردة
تحديد مستوى الجودة المقبول (AQL) لمراقبة المواد الواردة، وتوفير المواد اللازمة للفحص الكامل، وأخذ العينات، والتأكد من خلوها من العيوب. عند قبول المنتجات المطابقة للمواصفات للتخزين، يتم إرجاع البضائع غير المطابقة للمواصفات، وفحصها، وإعادة تصنيعها، وإعادة فحصها؛ كما يتحمل المسؤولون مسؤولية تتبع المنتجات المعيبة، ومراقبة المورد لاتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

4. مراقبة جودة العملية

6. مراقبة الجودة الخارجية (OQC)
بعد فحص عينة المنتج لتحديد مدى مطابقتها للمواصفات، يُسمح بتخزينها. ولكن قبل التسليم الرسمي للبضائع، يُجرى فحصٌ للمنتج النهائي من المستودع، ويُسمى هذا الفحص بفحص الشحنة. يتضمن الفحص التأكد من حالة التخزين والنقل في المستودع، بالإضافة إلى التأكد من تسليم المنتج.
هو فحص للمنتجات لتحديد المنتجات المؤهلة.
