EP-NRV030 — Shaft-Input Aluminium Worm Gear Speed Reducer<\/h2>\n

De EP-NRV030<\/strong> aluminium worm gearbox is the shaft-input counterpart of the NMRV030, sharing the same 30 mm centre distance, identical output torque ratings, and die-cast aluminium housing architecture, but replacing the bore-input IEC flange with a solid shaft input. This key difference makes the NRV030 the preferred solution when the driving source is a chain sprocket, belt pulley, hydraulic motor, hand wheel, or non-standard motor that does not present an IEC flange face. The NRV series is widely used in agricultural machinery — seed drills, irrigation pump drives, and tillage equipment — where a chain from a PTO or engine output shaft connects directly to the NRV input shaft without needing a motor adaptor. It is equally popular in custom automation rigs, marine steering gear, and industrial machinery where layout constraints prevent aligning an IEC motor directly behind the gearbox. Like all NMRV\/NRV series units, the NRV030 is built with a precision-ground worm shaft, phosphor-bronze worm wheel, dual-lip oil seals, and die-cast aluminium housing with integrated cooling fins, supporting continuous duty in humid, dusty, and corrosive environments that would rapidly degrade uncoated cast-iron housings.<\/p>\n
