EP-NMRV063 — Medium-Duty Aluminium Worm Gear Reducer<\/h2>\n

O EP-NMRV063<\/strong> aluminium worm gearbox marks the entry point into Ever Power’s medium-duty NMRV range. With a 63 mm centre distance, it accepts up to 2.2 kW and produces a maximum output torque of 5,595 N·m at ratio 100 — a step-change from the NMRV050’s 4,280 N·m capability. Print and packaging manufacturers rely on the NMRV063 for gravure and flexographic printing press drives where smooth, low-vibration torque is critical to print quality. In agricultural settings across Queensland and Victoria, it powers grain conveyors, crop-dryer augers, and irrigation pump drives where the aluminium housing’s corrosion resistance outlasts cast-iron alternatives in humid outdoor conditions. Compared with the NMRV050, the NMRV063 introduces a wider IEC flange portfolio (71B5 through 90B14), a larger standard output bore of 28 mm, and higher radial-load ratings, making it the preferred choice when a 1.5–2.2 kW motor needs to be directly flanged to the gearbox without an intermediate coupling.<\/p>\n
