Specialists in Worm Gear Power Transmission
We are Ever-power, a manufacturer focused exclusively on the design and production of worm gearboxes and worm gear reducers. Over more than two decades, we have developed deep expertise in this product family — refining our materials, machining tolerances, and quality processes until we can confidently supply units that meet the expectations of engineers in demanding industries worldwide.
Our facility produces the complete NMRV and NRV worm gearbox range, from the compact NMRV025 through to the heavy-duty cast-iron NMRV150. Every configuration — bore input, shaft input, standard output, and tail-shaft output — is manufactured in-house. We do not assemble from third-party components and we do not outsource production. This gives us full control over quality at every stage.
We supply direct to buyers in Australia and internationally. There is no domestic intermediary in the supply chain, which means you deal directly with the people who make the product. For selection assistance or technical support, our team is available throughout the enquiry and order process. You can also browse our full product range to identify the right model and configuration before getting in touch.

How We Got Here
We started as a precision machining operation and progressively focused our entire capability on the worm gearbox category. Each milestone below reflects a deliberate decision to deepen our expertise rather than broaden into unrelated product lines.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Every unit we supply is produced in our own facility. We do not rely on sub-contractors for any core manufacturing step. This gives us complete control over tolerances, materials, and finish quality across the full product range.
Precision Worm Gear Machining
Worm shafts and worm wheels are machined and ground in-house to tight dimensional tolerances. The worm shaft is typically case-hardened alloy steel; the worm wheel uses phosphor bronze for optimal friction characteristics and wear life.
Die-Cast Aluminium & Cast Iron Housing
NMRV025 through NMRV090 use high-pressure die-cast aluminium alloy housings. NMRV110 and above use grey cast iron for higher structural rigidity. Both material routes are processed entirely within our facility.
Multi-Configuration Assembly
We assemble all four series variants — NMRV, NRV, NMRV-E, and NRV-E — on the same production line, with IEC-standard input flanges, bore inputs, shaft inputs, and tail-shaft outputs all produced and fitted in-house.
Quality Inspection & Run-In Testing
Every finished unit passes dimensional inspection and a run-in test before dispatch. Inspection records are retained and available on request. CE declarations and calibration certificates are issued for each production batch.
Custom Configuration Support
Non-standard shaft diameters, special flange patterns, food-grade lubricant filling, Viton oil seals, and servo-motor input adapters are configured at the assembly stage. Our engineering team reviews custom requests and advises on feasibility.
Technical Documentation
We produce full dimensional drawings, CE declarations, and product datasheets for the complete catalogue. All documentation is available to buyers at no charge upon request.
Built Around One Product Family
Our manufacturing facility is organised specifically around the production of worm gearboxes. Every machine, fixture, and process has been selected and refined for this product type. This single-product-family focus is deliberate: it allows us to maintain tighter tolerances, shorter lead times, and more consistent quality than a general-purpose machining operation.
The layout follows a single-flow production sequence from raw casting or billet through machining, heat treatment, assembly, testing, and dispatch. Quality checkpoints are embedded at each stage rather than concentrated at the end.
- ✓Dedicated worm shaft grinding and hobbing equipment
- ✓In-house heat treatment for worm shaft case hardening
- ✓Coordinate measuring machine (CMM) for dimensional verification
- ✓No-load and loaded run-in testing on finished assemblies
- ✓Controlled lubricant filling and sealing under clean-room conditions
Certifications We Hold
Our certifications reflect the processes and controls we operate every day, not paperwork obtained for sales purposes. Copies of all certificates are available on request.
CE Declaration of Conformity
All NMRV and NRV series units carry CE marking under the EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. CE declarations are issued per production batch and available for inclusion in your technical file or equipment documentation.
9001
ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. This covers the full production process from raw material receipt through final inspection. Audit records and certificates are available to customers on request.
RoHS Compliance
Our products comply with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS), confirming that restricted materials are not used in the manufacturing process. RoHS compliance documentation is available upon request.
Our Worm Gearbox Range
We produce the complete NMRV and NRV family across four input-output configurations. All series share the same housing geometry and IEC motor mounting dimensions, making them interchangeable within a machine design. Visit our product catalogue for full specifications and to identify the right model for your application.
Our Principles
We operate on a small number of straightforward principles. They shape how we design products, how we respond to technical enquiries, and how we handle the occasions when something does not go as expected.
Product Depth Over Breadth
We produce one product family and we produce it well. Focusing on worm gearboxes allows us to maintain expertise that a generalist manufacturer cannot match.
Technical Honesty
If a unit is not the right choice for your application, we will tell you so. We would rather lose a sale than supply a product that fails in service.
In-House Control
We do not outsource core manufacturing steps. Every worm shaft, worm wheel, and housing that leaves our facility was machined, assembled, and tested on our own equipment.
Certified Quality
ISO 9001 and CE certification are maintained as working standards, not marketing claims. Our quality records are open to customer audit.
Continuous Improvement
We review process performance and customer feedback systematically. Product and process improvements are implemented on a regular cycle, not only when a problem arises.
Direct Relationships
We supply direct to end users and OEMs without a domestic distribution layer. This keeps communication accurate and pricing straightforward.
