Do you ship worm gearboxes directly to Australia? +
Yes. We supply direct to buyers throughout Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. There is no domestic distributor in the chain — you deal directly with the manufacturer. Shipping terms and estimated transit times are confirmed at the quotation stage.
What information do I need to provide to get a quote? +
At minimum: the gearbox model (e.g. NMRV063), reduction ratio, and quantity. If you are not certain of the model, provide the required output speed (RPM), output torque (Nm), input motor power (kW), and mounting arrangement and we will recommend the correct unit. Any special requirements such as food-grade lubricant or non-standard flanges should also be mentioned.
Are CE certificates and dimensional drawings available? +
Yes. CE Declaration of Conformity, ISO 9001 certificates, dimensional drawings, CAD files (DXF and STEP), and product datasheets are available at no charge for all standard catalogue models. Please request these documents in your enquiry and we will include them with your quotation.
Can you supply food-grade gearboxes for the food industry? +
Yes. NMRV and NRV series reducers can be supplied with food-grade synthetic lubricant (H1 rated) suitable for incidental food contact environments. The aluminium die-cast housing and IP54 sealing make the NMRV series a common choice for food processing and beverage lines in Australia. Specify the food-grade oil option when submitting your enquiry.
How do I select the right mounting position? +
The NMRV series supports six mounting positions: B3 (foot mount horizontal, standard), B6, B7, B8, V5, and V6. The oil fill level must be adjusted for non-horizontal orientations to ensure adequate lubrication. If you are uncertain which position suits your installation, describe the motor and shaft orientation in your enquiry and our technical team will advise.
